Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator for one of our top clients in  Groton, CT.  Pay Rate: $16.00 per Hour Schedule:  Monday - Friday; Daytime hours Duration:  12 months Anticipated Start date: May 26th As an  Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for providing  both financial and administrative support.  DUTIES Creating and maintaining files and spreadsheets,  Copying and scanning documents, collecting and collating documents for PM’s Reconciliation of general ledger to cost reports, various other monthly reconciliations, Invoicing, reporting, creating purchase orders  General support to the Leadership Team  - scheduling, typing, taking minutes, handling correspondence EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diplomas/ GED Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of Faxes, Scanners, Copiers.  Demonstrated keyboard skills, including 10-key calculator Why Kelly?
