Job Information: Candidates must have excellent data entry skills, well-developed communication skills, be analytical and have computer skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Analyzes membership data, verifies enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and resolves enrollment system rejections; addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns received by phone or mail. Maintains enrollment database. Performs basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues. Job Requirements and Skills: Requires H. S. graduate or GED. 6 months - 1 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Previous experience from the health insurance industry is preferred but not required. Excellent data entry skills. Strong analytical skills Well developed verbal and written communication skills. Superior organizational and interpersonal skills. PC proficiency with the ability to toggle between multiple software programs. Why Kelly?
