Maintenance Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Clerk for a long term assignment at a dental hygiene company in Schaumburg, IL.Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for:Processing purchase requests for parts, materials, and servicesGenerate purchase orders in the CMMS System utilized by maintenanceReceive and distribute parts and supplies to production and maintenance departmentsEnter new part numbers in the CMMS system softwareUpdate Excel Spreadsheets and print out reports as directedFile completed purchase orders when received and completedSkills Required:Handle data entry into the CMMS system (training will be providedWalk through the office area, production area, and the distribution areas and deliver parts and materials.Lift and position 25 pounds.Sit for extended periods of time at a computer station.Meet all hygienic and good manufacturing practice requirements while in the production areas and must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.Interface effectively with other personnel to accomplish assigned tasks.Proficient in English.High School diploma or GEDKelly Services is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes veterans and military spouses to apply to our positions.
