SMT Machine Operator

Job DescriptionSeeking a SMT Machine Operator in Cedar Park, TX Hours - M-F 7am - 430pmThis position is a temp to hire opportunity. SummaryResponsible for loading materials into Surface Mount Assembly machines for production, adjusting machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced. Essential Functions- Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Operate pick and place machine, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicators, and understand to replenish supplies and components per Standard Operating Procedures. - Set-up of the machine, which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading changing) per the manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating Procedures- General Machine cleaning and upkeep per the Standard Operating Procedures. - Solve minor technical issues and determine best course of action to ensure quality. - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies to ensure quality and product is built to specifications and completed before deadlines. - Maintain accurate job tracking records. - Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.- Must be familiar with and able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc. Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
