Job DescriptionAdministrative ClerkLogin the incoming hazardous waste manifests.Track and document the final disposition of the incoming containers.Issue receiving tickets for the containers received into the facility.Knowledge with California uniform hazardous waste manifest.Familiar with state and EPA codes allowed by the facility to receiveMust be able to interact with customer service, compliance and laboratory department in order to process the waste containers.Computer data entry Request purchased orders ( PO ) from - NetSuite- software and place order for supplies with various vendorsAssist in processing the department employee-s time sheets ( ADP ) for submission to payrollUse " main server" software to request needed repairs from maintenance department.Use - OW Tracking - software to enter disposal pricing for the customers received daily Coordinate with outside laboratories for submission of samples to be analyzed.
