Job DescriptionLarge gift card manufacturer is is need of Operations Receptionist. This is a rare opportunity to work with a large company from the ground up! Qualified candidates will have excellent attention to detail as they will be issuing and securing all on site badges and have access to entire facility. High level of integrity required at all times. Candidates with highly skilled data entry skills, excellent phone skills and communication skills needed. Qualified applicants will be scheduled to interview immediately.Hours M-F 6:30am-3:30pm - During peak season, hours may varyBusiness Professional dress codePerforms administrative tasks to support the operations group. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Candidate will train under Security and Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities- Vendor check in, including proper documentation of all visitors, vendors, and deliveries- Electronic filing of documents- Issue and maintain security badges for all employees and visitors- Respond to deliveries, and maintain forms for security logs- Communicate with suppliers for contracted employees (including the request and termination of current contractors)- Maintain and follow proper procedures and protocols per industry regulationsRequired skills- Extremely detail oriented- Intermediate MS Office user (including Excel)- Strong computer skills- Ability to multitask effectively- Operation of a multi-line switchboard - Proper phone etiquette Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
