Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: - Capable of repairing production equipment; from hydraulic and pneumatics equipment to complex CNC machines, performing electrical and mechanical work needed.- Uses our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectively, identifying receive work request and work orders, taking ownership and identifying faulty equipment, use repair manuals, parts manual to acquire parts and equipment resources required to complete repairs.- Proactively performing repairs on our critical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance. Completing all operations repair requirements. Corrective maintenance.- Communicating with understanding, using good judgement, sense of urgency, accurately, concisely, and professionally with our customers and operations team. Show care and feedback on important repair needs. Coordinate the necessary requirements to getting work completed, request parts to be ordered, and be confident within reasoning of time estimate until work completion.- Participating in our daily meetings, able to review and prioritize work orders, schedule daily work and fulfil requirements.- Keeping up to date on new electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics industry knowledge, positioning the plant directives for success and future advancement- Not limited to machine service, troubleshooting and/or repairs to processing equipment and their operating mechanisms. - Must be capable of using a variety of work tools and equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, multi-meters, drill motors, saws, pipe cutter, press, grease gun, welding machine, Cutting torch, bar feeder alignment tools, etc. - Maintains shop in clean 6S standards daily. - Ability to learn the functions and operations of all machine shop equipment. Provide support for all mechanical and electrical equipment - Interact and share knowledge base daily with Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, Machine Operators/Tooling, and Maintenance Team, while ensuring to keep higher-level management personnel informed of all mission-critical requirements.
