Construction Cleanup/Laborer

Job DescriptionGeneral job site cleaning using brooms, shovels and other equipment (hand tools) as needed.- Ability to see opportunities where cleaning and organizing can be improved upon and then act to safely clean and organize those items in the area assigned.- Paint preparation that may include cleaning, scrubbing, sanding or other methods of preparing materials for paint or other coatings.- Protect surfaces as needed to prevent overspray and other contamination.- Follow the instruction and training provided.- Ability to fill out work related and required paperwork.- Ability to complete assigned tasks in reasonable amount of time.- Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.- On-call and available for overtime or shift changes that may include evenings, weekends or other periods of time.- Other duties may be assigned.
