Job DescriptionIf you're an experienced meeting or event planner who loves to correlate all aspects of an event- then Kelly Services may have a position for you! We're currently looking for an seasoned individual to work part-time hours with a well-established company in the Lansing area.General Duties: -Coordinate training programs by choosing meeting rooms, gather head count info, plan meals and break selections, coordinate room set up and sleeping reservations for all participants-Work with customers/vendors to correlate all aspects of the meeting-Must be able to professionally communicate with employees at all levels (including VPs & C-Level)Requirements-Event/Meeting Planning certification highly preferred-CVENT Software experience required-Experience with planning, coordinating, and organizing meeting required-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Must be able to work independentlyHighlightsIf you're interested in hearing more about this position, please submit your resume or contact the Lansing branch at 517-886-9400, and choose option 1 for immediate consideration!
