Collections Represenative - Full-time / Part-time

One of our top customers, is currently seeking a Collections Representative for a temporary contract position with the possibility of an ongoing extension.  This position is located in San Jose, CA By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for a financially stable fortune 500 company and, work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Service Team. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Will be responsible for day-to-day management of customer accounts receivable balances and maintaining low past dues for a high transaction business. Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Support business billing quality program and assist as required any billing quality disputes from customers. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of collections and/or banking customer service experience.
