Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently hiring multiple Call Center Supervisors for one of customers in the East End of Louisville. Ideal candidate will have previous call center supervisory experience. processes. They would handle incoming/outbound phone calls as needed. This position works with other Med D personnel dealing with issues affecting Medicare Part D. The Supervisor is responsible for achieving program KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by providing quality and efficient service to customers. This is achieved through the daily management of the employee and includes motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving. Shift is 11:30am - 8:00pm.
