Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to staff temp-to-hire medical assembly roles. Assembly workers placed by Kelly Services will enjoy working in a team oriented, energetic atmosphere with various onsite perks. These positions are temp-to-hire after 3 months - upon permanent hire you will be eligible for company benefits including vacation and sick time.We have hiring classes starting throughout April and May. Additional hiring classes are being scheduled due to the expansion of our customer. First shift is 630AM-300PM and is Monday through Friday. Overtime hours would be 5AM-330PM Monday through Friday. Second shift is 330PM-12AM (midnight) and is Monday through Friday. Overtime hours would be 330PM-2AM Monday through Friday.If you every have to work a Saturday we work hard to make sure you know by Wednesdays. Our positions pay anywhere between $12 and $14 hrly - with 8+ years of experience you can make even more than that! In our positions you may complete one, or a combination of the following tasks:- Constructing catheters or medical balloons. - Inspection or Assembly through a microscope or magnifying glass- Bundling, measuring, and or counting wires to prep for orders- Operate a crimper, cutter, tweezers, microscope, needle nose, potting, spot welding, equipment, and or machines.- Read and interpret standard operating procedures. - Assist department Lead in ensuring the maintenance of all production and support equipment- Support a productive work environment, including housekeeping- Perform other tasks as directed by Supervision / ManagementRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
