Customer Service Representative/Dispatch - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Dispatch Customer Service Representative for a client in the Pensacola area - A MIN of 2 YEARS Dispatch experience required! Ideal candidate must have superior customer service and organizational skills, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Experience in supporting C-Level Executives is strongly preferred! Hours are Mon-Friday 8am -5pm. We need someone who is highly organized & can work in a fast paced environment. An understanding of scheduling & dispatching in the HVAC field or something similar is recommended! Responsibilities to include: -Taking Service calls -Scheduling techs daily, weekly, monthly-Forecasting tech schedules for Preventative Maintenance-Running reports to review jobs & statuses-Reviewing Service Tickets Daily-Maintaining various spreadsheets-Modifying schedules on an on-going basis as new service requests are received-Communicating through emails dailyHighlightsRequired Skills: -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications required-Previous Dispatching experience strongly preferred Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
