Job DescriptionKelly Services has immediate long term temporary opportunities with a reputable, growing Green Bay company!The role of the Customer Care Specialist is to manage a customer segment within a team to achieve specific key goals. You will handle a variety of service requests and issues independently, in order to contribute to overall team and company goals. This is accomplished by having a comprehensive understanding of all procedures, systems, and equipment used daily. Responsibilities include resolving problems and building a solid working relationship with all customers in order to understand their total service needs.
