Full Time – Temporary Schedule Mon-Fri (8:00am -4:30pm) Job Description: As a Campus Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting administration which includes interview scheduling, candidate management, career fair coordination and more. You will support 2 recruiters who handle high volume, intern and entry level focused recruiting (scheduling 25+ interviews per week at a minimum). A large part of the role will be interview scheduling but you will also be responsible for all aspects of campus career fairs including registration, process payments, shipments of promotional items/brochures, and candidate management/follow-ups from career fairs. This role will also be responsible for ad hoc administrative recruiting requests on an as-needed basis. Schedule interviews for students (phone interview, on campus interviews and onsite interviews). Coordinate on site interview events and all aspects of candidate event/program participation (invitation, travel/hotel, expense reimbursement, applicant correspondence, booking conference rooms, etc.) Interact with candidates in order to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process. Maintain data integrity of applicant tracking system, SuccessFactors. Campus Career Fair coordination. Maintain professional knowledge and experience. Build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills necessary, and keep up-to-date with recruiting developments. Qualifications and Experience At least one year of administrative experience required (HR administration experienced is a plus). At least one year of experience with scheduling candidate interviews. Some prior experience with an applicant tracking system a plus (SuccessFactors, a definite plus). Prior experience with a candidate CRM is a plus (Smashfly, a definite plus) Some prior experience with Outlook. Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to complete concurrent assignments in an accurate and timely fashion. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with candidates and leaders. Ability to take direction and work well independently. High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High School Diploma or GED required.
