Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for an experienced executive admin to assist one of our financial customers in downtown Minneapolis. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (may vary a bit)Pay: $20-30/hour based on experienceDuration: Mid-June to OctoberYou will be responsible for utilizing Outlook to manage the calendars of the executives you support, may submit marketing pieces through to Adtrax ( will be trained on), facilitate Powerpoint presentations as needed, run expenses, and help with billing. Other responsibilities will include setting appointments and meetings, handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, prepare meeting agendas, maintaining meeting notes, and other duties as assigned. Requirements- 5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience ( executive admin exp is a plus!!)- Advanced business computer skills ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)- Ability to write business correspondence clearly and concisely- Able to multi-task- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information- Associate's degree is preferred Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
