Job DescriptionKelly Service is looking for a seasoned customer service agent for a local medical device company out of Redmond, WA. This person would enjoy the benefit of a set schedule M-F: 8am-5pm (or flex schedule options available), with the potential of this role going temp-to-hire!This person would Manage all aspects of customer service; including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. This person may also require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
