Administrative Assistant – Santa Clara, CA  Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, in Santa Clara, CA. The pay for this assignment is $22.00 per hour. The successful candidate would perform various administrative duties and support the Patent Group in working on patent-related projects these may include:  •    Inventor assignment project which involves using patent database (Memotech) and working with the US Patent and Trademark Office website to look up information and upload documents to Memotech •    Inventor records project which involves verifying inventor information in Memotech by using HR database information and other sources  •    Managing the Patent Business Operations Group email account and answering questions and routing emails to the appropriate IPG’er •    Perform data entry using Memotech •    Will also be given other projects based on how much time is leftover after completing the projects listed above Job Requirements:   •    Must have  3-5 years of administrative project related work •    Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively •    Must have advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others •    This position requires knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook calendar, or other related Web tools •    Must be able to perform Internet research •    Work is generally confidential in nature •    Need to possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills Terms of Assignment: •    A minimum of an AA degree is required •    Fulltime: Monday – Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm. •    Duration: May 2017 to May 2018, with the possibility of extensions depending on performance and client needs.
