We are seeking entry level with NO experiences to experienced Shipping/receiving, inventory, forklift operators and more....- Receiving o Processing incoming materials for receipt into inventory which includes loading and unloading trucks with a use of a forklift or a pallet jack. o Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received for conformity and specifications. o Accurately counts incoming and outgoing materials and tags them for for proper ID. o Examines the receiving documents to ensure accuracy of the delivery. o Moves materials to designated storage area and properly put-away. o Issue raw materials to jobs and performs location transfer in the system. o Documents information related to material handling of goods. o Distributes or delivers incoming items to appropriate department or recipient. o Signs for incoming shipments as received. o Process daily Large/Small press schedule. - Fulfillment o Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all orders from various systems. o Pulling materials. o Packing orders. o Building boxes. o Kitting & collating materials. o Sealing and labeling envelopes and/or boxes. o Preparing materials for shipment and providing documents. o Complete all tasks accurately and completely in order to meet internal/external customer requirements. o Manage online and internal daily schedule in various systems. o Managing and meeting customer requirements. o Input data into Fulfillment services applications. o Create process work-flow to accommodate clients request. o Coordinating with other departments to meet deadlines. - MAIN=Inventory o Cycle and physical counting to verify accuracy on a regular basis. o Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock. o Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancy and errors. o Input data into various systems and applications. o Maintains records and coordinates the daily inspection of equipment. - MAIN=General o Help in other areas whenever needed. o Responsible for making sure all warehouse doors, gates and docks are secured at the end of the day. o Maintain general housekeeping. o Utilizes computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks. o Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory for efficient material storage and handling. o Maintains labeling system on each stock item. o Manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned. o Able to work overtime as required. o Maintain daily checklist of lift equipment assigned. o Secure the main gate. Physical Demands - The employee is frequently required to sit, walk, talk or hear. - Use of hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools or controls. - Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 45 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves items up to 100 pounds. - Ability to handle heights. - Able to pull/push more than 1500 pounds. Tools and Equipment used - Seated forklift - Reach forklift - Order-picker - Pallet jack - Hand truck - Skid wrapper machine - Computer terminal - Label and copy printer - Box cutters - Tape guns and dispensers - Scales - Banding equipment (metal/plastic) - Barcode scanners - Phone Work Environment - Warehouse environment - May occasionally work outside with cold/hot weather - Exposed to fumes or airborne particles and chemicals. - Risk of electrical shock. - Noise level is usually moderate but occasionally high. - May occasionally work near moving mechanical machinery.
