Job DescriptionAccountability Objective: Package products with quality and efficiently to meet customer requirements.Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to perform basic math functions.- Accurately record daily production information and maintain a safe and organized work area. - Able to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English - Regularly lift up to 40 pounds.- Must be able to work and stand for up to 12 hours per shift- Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with other employees. - Must be available to work overtime and weekends as requiredPreference will be given to those with prior experience performing the following Essential functions. Essential Job Duties: With minimal supervision must be able to:- Meet or exceed posted production hourly rates- Pack customer orders meeting customer expectations - Verify customer order and product being packed match - Visually inspect for defective product or materials during packaging process and remove any that do not meet the level of quality expected- Make necessary adjustments as required by product specifications - Work as a member of the team - Maintain a clean, uncluttered workplace performing TPM and 6S as scheduled - Accurately maintain required records - Attend training to maintain and/or increase skills and help train others as needed - Abide by all of Irwin Tools safety standards- All other duties as assignedClimate: Moderately loud environment where you would be required to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
