Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals assisting in the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) office with a Medical Device company in Plymouth, MN. This role is temporary and is expected to last 3-6 months working 40 hours a week. The EHS assistant staff member placed by Kelly Services will enjoy working in a team oriented, energetic atmosphere with various onsite perks. Lotions, make-up, and perfumes are not allowed as you may be required to go to the clean room floor to assist with the E,H & S Manager. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the EHS department with file organization and storage as well as conducting risk assessments of the productions floor. You will play a key role in developing a safe working environment for the production staff. You will be able to showcase your organization skills and passion for a safe work environment while being guided by an EHS professional with solid experience in the industry. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Filing, scanning, and data entry (seeking intermediate to advanced data entry skills) - Completing survey and risk assessments in a clean room environmentRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. -High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.-Personal computer skills (required) in a networked environment, Microsoft products preferred.-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business forms and data. -Ability to listen and communicate effectively with other employees.
