Job DescriptionKelly Services is now hiring a Contract Coordinator for company in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Duties include: *Review and gather all documentation as it pertains to insurance brokerage / agent / carrier relationships, including contracts, licenses, policies, certifications, enrollments and applications.*Identify and resolve document issues through professional phone based and written communication with customers and carrier companies.* Appropriately track and prioritize volume, productivity, and issues. Accurately input information into tracking systems within required time frames. *Provide excellent customer service to both agent and carrier companies by acting as contact for inquiries, research, and resolving issues that occur to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction are maintained.Requirements*Previous insurance industry experience and knowledge of industry standards and practices preferred. *Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school preferred. One year experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
