Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Lead for a manufacturer of wire harnesses in Fargo, ND. This role is responsible for leading and directing the production team to reach goals while ensuring a safe and clean workplace. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and the pay will depend on experience. Key Responsibilities:-Position will ensure safety throughout the facility following all OSHA and company safety policies-Provides guidance to team members regarding daily activities and training -Operate a computerized cutting machine, braiding machine, hot stamp machine, soldering machine and use small tools-Assemble electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies and electrical enclosures-Intricate detailed assembly with small parts and twisting wiresEssential Job Requirements:-Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to understand blue prints and work instructions -Ability to problem solve and effectively execute solutions-Proven leadership skills-Ability to identify training needs and effectively train and coach employees-Basic computer skills-Ability to work independently and take direction-Ability to implement and execute plans effectively -Ability to create and maintain an effective team, as well as effective collaboration between the team and other departments For immediate consideration, please apply by sending your resume to 4611@kellyservices.com with "assembly Lead' in the subject line.
