Job DescriptionThe HR Administrator is responsible for auditing all Position Descriptions to ensure compliance with the OFCCP and State/Federal regulations. Additionally, HR Administrator will collaborate with Business Partner team to ensure all position descriptions are reviewed and updated. RequirementsResponsibilities ? Responsible for auditing and revising all CDW position descriptions to ensure position descriptions are in compliance with State/Federal and OFCCP regulations. ? Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to review and update position descriptions. ? Apply project management discipline to all significant ethics and compliance initiatives, including appropriate documentation and tracking reports. ? Keep all stakeholders informed of project status. ? Provide a total project view to maintain continuity and segment focus across all given projects. ?
