Tool Room Attendant

Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for an tool room attendant/maintenance inventory worker for one of our manufacturing customers in Braselton, GA. Hours: 1st shift ( will be determined at the interview) and must be able to work overtimePay: $11-12/hrYou will be responsible for issuing, receiving, organizing and storing hand tools and other equipment. You will also be responsible for taking inventory of all tools, inspect them for wear or defect, ordering new equipment if needed as well as other duties as assigned.Other responsibilities include:-Maintain parts room to include parts reconciliation, maintaining appropriate stocking levels, obsolete parts identification and general cleanliness, organization based on housekeeping standard.-Prepare periodic inventory or maintain perpetual inventory of parts, tools and equipment.-Maintain all ordering histories.-Receive, unpack, and store incoming parts.-Secure multiple offers for items with high cost as per management request.-Assist in consigned parts inventories.-Locate lost or misplaced tools-Kit parts as necessary for planned work.Requirements-Must have inventory experience in a manufacturing environment or similar environment -Must be able to commute to Braselton, Ga- Have your own reliable transportation to and from work- Able to work overtime as neededHighlightsWeekly pay!!!
