Production Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionSpecialty medical packaging company is seeking a positive and reliable PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER to inspect and pack medical pouches in cleanroom environment. To succeed, you must value customer satisfaction, work well with a team, be quality focused, and above all be flexible and adapt well to evolving environments.Responsibilities- Operating light equipment, including label printer and heat sealer.- Providing quality control by inspecting all products before and after final packaging and working with failures within given parameters.- Attention to minute details by finding and identifying debris and particles at .08 millimeters and above.- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.RequirementsMeasures of Success- Accuracy - maintaining targeted expectations for technical execution and quality of work.- Productivity - maintaining targeted expectations for the numbers of product processed without accuracy suffering.- Teamwork - working together to create the best products for the customers and the best working environment for each other.- Customer Satisfaction - maintaining the highest level of customer service in all we do. QualificationsPrevious experience with assembly work is a plus. Excellent eyesight is required.
