Job DescriptionAdministrative/Logistics Person for Company in Deer Park, TX* Use of proper phone etiquette, answer, transfer calls, distribute message to appropriate personnel and give directions to the facility- Ensure security by monitoring surveillance cameras, control gate access, verify approved contractors and visitors, issue badges, badge control and maintain log in/out sheet- Visitors and contractors, maintain proper documentation of safety orientation, distribute proper protection wear and direct to the appropriate personal- Maintain filing system- Miscellaneous office tasks, distribute mail, incoming, outgoing UPS, FedEx, print drum labels, scan, fax, copy - Order and stock office and supplies- SAP; Data entry - Enter purchase order requisitions, coding and process of invoices- Payroll (Kronos) maintain employees clocking in/out times, vacations, sick days and adding new temporary employees, enter over time reports monthly, run time detail reports weekend- Assist Plant Manager, Regional Plant Engineer, Regional Safety and Compliance Engineer EH&S, Production Supervisor, Operations Manager and Leads with various tasks- Schedule bulk loads; using SAP to create paperwork to prepare for loading date and time, create labels upon request from customers, maintain communication with multiple contacts to assure loading schedule is accurate and trucks can make scheduled time- Qualifications- Must be polished and professional. The face of the facility to visitors. - Candidate must have excellent computer skills - Excellent communication skills verbal and written.- SAP experience preferred. - Experience with Customer Service preferred. - Experience with Supply, Logistics and transportation a big plus. - Office environment, however some work in the plant environment is possible to communicate with various departments and participRequirementsExperience in logistics industry, SAP, order fulfillment, office / administrative skills, Microsoft office skills, and data entry.
