Job DescriptionKelly Services is actively looking for an Insurance Account Specialist for a full time position located in Sarasota. Duties include:- Investigate and follow up on client problems.- Document outcomes and steps taken.- Update client files and databases.- Consult with clients by telephone or in person to provide information, answer questions and handle inquiries.- Often the first (and last) person a client interacts with, and the client might not have much time to get what they need from the company. - Will be the liaison between clients and our company, so they must have good knowledge of and relationships within the company.
