Job DescriptionMaintain operations of the calibration / maintenance department. Maintain and improve equipment calibration and maintenance procedures to provide compliance with all ISO requirements. * Ensure calibration/maintenance areas are efficient, organized and that all critical documentation is easily retrievable.* Ensure all preventive maintenance and calibrations are completed as scheduled.* Provide support to other groups as required for unscheduled maintenance and or calibration or adjustments.* Work closely with engineering in support of engineering and validation projects.* Write and perform Facility Maintenance Work requests to change or modify or correct problems or accommodate changes in procedures.* Deliver presentations regarding Calibration Failure reports at meetings to apprise appropriate management of equipment status.Requirements* Solid experience in manufacturing environments; contract manufacturing is optimal.* Exposure and proficiency with an ERP system is preferred; including data entry skills, data entry management; and a holistic understanding of data processing.* A high bias for action. Proven ability to make sound decisions while ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.* Able to communicate effectively with staff in various departments and levels.* Interact positively with others.* High School diploma or equivalent experience.* Ability to function well in a team environment.* Strong oral and written communication skills.* Must interface well cross-functionally* Good analytical skills and computer skills.
