Are you seeking a challenging new Office Professional role?   Do you have at least 3 years of previous experience working in document management?   If so, Kelly Services has JUST the role for YOU!     Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a Document Administrator opportunity with an industry leading, Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company in Midland, MI!     Highlights           Opportunity to build business knowledge Leader in determining administrative needs for the plant First contact for the opportunity to provide assistance and support First responder to many client critical needs   Responsibilities               Document Management Support Maintain electronic and physical documentation per guidelines Maintain file share access according to policy Manage records retention according to plant policy and audit requirements Document creation assistance including formatting utilizing Document Mapping tool and writing Manage WebEDMS activities such as: category/folder/owner maintenance Ensure that annual records retention of library is completed Manage file size, duplicates, records retention, document location, document ownership, etc. MOC administration   General Administrative Support Coordinate and manage new member integration records Support the timecard system Support the plant hiring process by positing positions, and coordinating interviews as needed Procedure Use support including metric tracking Budget tracking including data collecting, monthly reporting and communicating to leadership Ensure the plant’s self-assessment plan is executed including scheduling of self-meetings and collecting the results Calendar management for leadership and staff Organize building and/or team events including supplies and scheduling meetings Order supplies, lunches and schedule meetings Create and administer plant surveys including data collection Xerox contact & Workstation Contact Maintain & create plant newsletters and website (if applicable) Expense reporting   Minimum Qualifications              Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college or college degree preferred   Experience: 3+ years plant or manufacturing support experience preferred   Knowledge Skills and Abilities  Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to listen to understand the big picture and articulate the value of the service and how it impacts plant performance High degree of ownership to the plant and equally with our organization Can provide and receive a balance of pinpointed positive and constructive feedback to and from anyone Positive and Enthused Critical thinking and problem solving skills Adaptability Quick Learning Skills Thorough knowledge of MS Office   Physical Requirements of Role This role will require medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force rarely, and/or up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Filing Documentation: Kneeling: Daily or weekly bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee(s). Reaching: Daily extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Walking: Daily moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Climbing: Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. Balancing: Daily maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces.   Data Entry/Computer Work Fingering: Daily picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
