Job DescriptionAre you in need of work? Kelly Services is taking applications for an upcoming opportunity at a local foundry. This position is a temp to hire position. Must be reliable and able to work in a hot environment with heavy lifting throughout the day. Experience in a similar environment is preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Ban Line / Spin Line - General Labor Duties to include daily cleanups- Must be able to lift 35-50lbs consistently throughout your shift- May be trained to perform work in E-melt and rough bore cell to include: 5S, painting and various projects- Participate and follow organizations- safety culture and policies in all aspect of your work. - Work in extreme heat and stand for long periods.- This is a very hot environment. You will get dirty.- You MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT to cover business needs. You will be moved around as needed. - Some weekends and OT will be required. - Lunch is paid and you must remain onsite.Company has a strong attendance policy.Please apply online and call our office at (423) 892-8964 to speak with a recruiter to be considered for an interview.Requirements- Must have a high School Diploma or GED. - Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching- Manual dexterity and mobility- Push, pulls or moves/lifts heavy equipment and supplies (lift/carry up to 50lbs)- No contacts can be worn. - Steel toed boots are required (not provided)- Non-prescription safety goggles and ear plugs provided. - Employees wearing prescription glasses must wear ANSI Safety goggles over the glasses.Shift Details- 1st shift 5:30am to 3:30pm works four 10hr shifts- 2nd shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm works five 8hr shifts- 3rd shift 10:30pm to 6:00am works five 8hr shifts Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
