Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking a Supply Chain Customer Management Associate (Order Management Coordinator) for one of our top Consumer Packaged Goods clients in Chicago. As an Supply Chain Customer Management Associate placed with Kelly Services, you will coordinate and execute base-line activities surrounding the processing of orders from the order submission to the point the product reaches the customer. You will work in a team environment dedicated to a group of clients to ensure customer commitments are met. Our clients fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take your career to the next level.Additional responsibilities include:-Manage orders from receipt of delivery to customer warehouse/distribution centers-Responsible for order accuracy by ensuring the right products are ordered/priced correctly/shipped correctly and adequate lead time is given to ensure on-time delivery to the clients-Identify/resolve customer order/inventory issues- Use and Monitor KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to track productivity-Locate logistical cost reduction potentials and customer service efficiency improvements and escalate to appropriate party-Communicate with customer finance services, sales department, distribution centers, and clients related to order management-Execute merchandise return, dump, and donateRequirements-Bachelors Degree-2 - 5 years of Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or Distribution Experience-Business Acumen-Advanced Microsoft Excel (Vertical Lookups and Pivot Tables)Temp to Perm Note: Permanent positions are based on the candidate's performance, open positions, and competition.
