Our client, a global multinational consumer goods company, is currently seeking a Digital Asset Librarian for a 6 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.  The position is located in Cincinnati, OH. Ability to understand Excel, Digital Asset basics, metadata basics. First level of troubleshooting with Agency Uploaders. Will establish relationships with our lead users and provide training and support.  Basic trouble shooting – help users/agency solve problems in partnership with support resources. Ability to track issues within our support system and good initiative / follow up skills back with users.  User training on the BrandStore. Skills needed are good communication and an ability to understand how our BrandStore works and be able to communicate that to others  Basic analysis and data manipulation in Excel to create pivot tables, generate insights and propose clean-up activities Asset cleanup in the BrandStore. Logic and subjective reasoning skills are key for investigating the accurate information to be entered. Ability to follow current SOP’s, define and document new SOP’s.
