Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Winder, GA Contract (indefinite) $20-$25/HR We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator for very long term contract role with major manufacturer in the Winder, GA area. This position will be responsible for assisting the engineering group to coordinate and successfully move projects through completion.   Ideal candidate will have experience: Verifying and reconciling invoices to ensure accuracy and all relevant information has been included. Filing of documentation for equipment and parts that are received for future retrieval Interacting with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and project managers. Working on multiple projects at once to ensure deadlines are met and projects are moved through completion. Ideal candidate will have: General understanding of technical specifications for the purpose of interacting with vendors and engineering teams Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings as needed Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail Problem solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite Must be able to stand and walk the plant at various times during the day- this is an office/floor position (Optional) Excellent candidates will be able to use: SAP software Lotus Notes AutoCAD for purpose of Drafting P&ID Great opportunity for those who are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects- apply Today and Start within a Week!   Why Kelly®?
