Insurance Data Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Data Specialist will be responsible for supporting the marketing support unit. Duties will include agency contract review to verify completeness and routing to appropriate parties for signature. They will also support new user setups as well communicating to Marketing Executives and/or our agents that setups are complete. Work will be completed on web based applications, within Salesforce.com and via Excel spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail while remaining as efficient as possible is needed. Most of these activities follow standard procedures and policies with more senior levels using greater latitude and judgment in responding to customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: .Prepares agency files for processing. .Reviews agency contracts, forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. .Corrects system errors as needed .Resolves routine questions and problems, refers more difficult to higher levels. .Completes team's administrative support duties. .Follows standard procedures and guidelines while keeping the team and management updated if issues arise RequirementsInputs numeric or alphanumeric data. KSPH range: 6,000 - 12,000. Proofs work for accuracy and completeness. Corrects errors during visual inspection. Maintains accurate records for verification. Generates reports on entered data.
