Job DescriptionGreat opportunity to start or continue a career in manufacturing. Entry level position working in a furnace and heat treat department of a manufacturing company. Specific experience is not required, but relevant manufacturing and reliable employment history are important. This is a great position for individuals who like longer weekends and time off. Due to the 12 hour shifts, you will have 3 day weekends and 4 day weekends every other week. Job Description:Position requires an experienced employee with the ability to plan and multitask. Potential hire would be expected to - with training - operate multiple furnaces within the plant while planning future loads, un-racking finished loads and re-loading tempers. Attention to detail is absolutely critical when properly completing paperwork, programming furnaces and operating furnaces in a safe manner.PREFERRED SKILLS: We prefer candidates who also have the following skills:* Hands-on work experience in a modern factory setting* Solid and reliable work history4 shifts available:A)Mon,Tue,Wed 11:30 pm-NoonB)Mon,Tue,Wed 11:30 am-MidnightC)Thur,Fri,Sat 11:30 pm-NoonD)Thur,Fri,Sat 11:30 am-MidnightEvery other Sunday is required.RequirementsManufacturing experience is requiredAbility to work 12 hour shiftsAvailability on weekendsHighlightsTemp-To-Hire
