Job DescriptionKellyConnect is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our client in Blue Ash, OH. The pay rate for the position begins at $19.00/hr, although candidates may be considered at a slightly higher rate based on factors such as work history and experiences. I have included some details of the position below:Use database to gather appropriate asset information for customerWork in tandem with the other teams to facilitate customer support and resolve any customer issues through telephone, email, and electronic chat modalities.Train new Registered Nurse/Non-Clinical Support associates on the processes for non-clinical telephone calls, emails, order fulfillment, and appropriate practices.Manage inbound and outbound contacts for customers requesting information for both disposable and capital productsApply critical decision making skills toward assessing customer-s requirements for successful resolution of their issue on first contactProcess and fulfill orders for patient education print material from phone and email requestsIdentifies call types and follows complaint handling procedure for complaint capture and reportingProvide clear and concise telephone, email, and live chat supportAccurately assess the type of support required and escalate to appropriate resource as neededEnsure confidentiality of patient and customer interactions, as well as customer confidential and proprietary information during all customer interactions.Capture all required demographic and product/procedure information within CRM databaseBenefits of joining our team:In addition to a competitive wage, we are able to offer extensive benefits to you as a KellyConnect employee.
