Customer Service Raynham, MA $17 per hour 1 year contract Receive complaints via phone and email and input into electronic complaint handling system within 2 business days. Perform follow ups with sales reps or complaintants for additional information Initiate related complaint searches, DHR lot reviews, service follow-ups and customer responses as necessary Follow good documentation practices when completing the complaint records Must be attentive to detail, have good communication skills, and work well with teams Must be a multi task person capable of working on multiple complaints during a given day and able to change quickly as business needs. Qualifications: High school diploma required. College degree preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP and/or ISO regulated environment is required. Experience in the Medical device industry is preferred. Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required Prior experience in complaints or customer service preferred Root cause analysis skills are required. Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements relative to complaint handling is highly preferred Experience with Medical Device Reporting or Medical Device Vigilance forms is preferred. Ability to collaborate with business partners at all levels is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
