Call Center Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionInbound customer care specialist responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Tasks include applying knowledge of products or services as well as providing great customer service skills. Customer service representatives must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle constant high volume of phone calls. Must have strong typing and computer skills, have great communication skills and be detail oriented. Previous call center or IT experience required.
