Dispatcher - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is pleased to offer a long term opportunity for a traffic dispatcher with most renowned food and beverage production company in the Binghamton/Kirkwood area. Ideal candidate will be an experienced traffic dispatcher looking for a fast paced and challenging work environment. Responsibilities include:-Serving as a point of contact for drivers as they enter and exit the yard.-Using the Yard of Dreams inventory system to manage traffic.-Scheduling deliveries and backhaul pickups as required. -Providing drivers with all necessary administrative requirements for trips, directions, tolls, etc. -Monitor trailer utilization and equipment damages. -Other duties as assigned. RequirementsSuccessful candidate will meet the following requirements:-Be comfortable utilizing office equipment such as: Excel, Word, internal programs, and multiple line phone systems.-Must be flexible to work weekends & variable shifts as needed.-Be able to work with time constraints and deadlines.-Have excellent math skills.-Have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.-Be flexible with scheduling.HighlightsLong term opportunity with a reputable company.
