For 70 years, Kelly Services has provided outstanding employment opportunities to the most talented individuals in the marketplace.  Today, we are proud to offer a Receptionist position for a larger global pharmaceutical company in Bridgewater, NJ.  JOB TITLE: Receptionist RATE OF PAY: $17.50 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00 pm M-F Monday through Friday Minimum Qualifications (the following must be evident on your resume to be considered as a qualified applicant for this position): • 2+ years of professional experience required • Associates Degree Required. **Bachelor's degree preferred** Great telephone and verbal communication skills Prior experience as Receptionist greeting guests and managing heavy phone lines Microsoft office - Proficient Attention to detail, active listening, professionalism, and strong customer focus Ability to excel in a fast paced and high pressure environment Team player with the ability to follow directions with high comprehension. Integrity and honesty a must Job Duties Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries Directs visitors by maintaining employee & department directories. Maintains security; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges; input visitor information into security system Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate extensions Maintains safe and clean reception area by Comply with procedures, rules and regulations Greet vendors and coordinate all deliveries at front desk Works with other departments, keep updated spreadsheets of corporate phone numbers, and contacts Work with VIPs and manage the flow of their guests & visitors Maintains continuity among work teams,  document and communicate all actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.    **This job requires initiative, judgment, discretion, and strong organizational and communications skills** Skills and Abilities: • Strong technical aptitude • Excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly detail-oriented with high level of accuracy • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Proven success acquiring new knowledge and learning new skills • Ability to balance needs of individual customers with the organizational needs • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)   This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.  To be considered for this position use the “apply now” button below to submit your resumes.  The recruiter Maryellen Pickens will contact you.
