Job Title: Automation Maintenance Mechanic     Location: Raynham, MA Pay Rate: $22/hour Shifts Available:   1st shift:  7:00am* - 3:30pm    M-F 2nd shift: 3:00pm* - 11:30pm   M-F *can be flexible with start time Summary: The Automation Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and supporting all aspects of the company’s production maintenance activities. Machines are very highly automated with various Allen Bradley controls, pneumatic actuators, electrical servos, Cognex vision camera systems, ultrasonic welding, vacuum pick and places, etc (willing to train).   Job Responsibilities: This includes, but is not limited to preventative maintenance, assist with corrective maintenance, assist with emergency repairs, and assist with equipment enhancements. Assist with setup and change over production equipment. Preventative Maintenance on  Automated Pattie Machines, Hybrid Pattie Machines, Multivac Form Fill Sealing Equipment, Atlas Vac Sealing Equipment, Bell Mark/Video Jet Printers, Rando non-woven material process equipment and Slitting Equipment.  Document all maintenance related activities in ecmms-Maximo. Support Operations and Engineering in meeting production goals and ensure product quality and equipment output is maintained. In addition, this individual will be responsible for compliance with all company safety, health, environmental and quality policies, procedures and regulations.   Assist with process improvements and mechanical design enhancements for our automation Allen Bradley PLC Programming, Galil controller programming (willing to train) Assisting engineers in improving the equipment with Solidworks modeling Qualifications: Must have a completed High School diploma or GED  Preferably least 2 + years of production maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Willing to train and send out for training Strong mechanical aptitude  Good general computer skills, documentation skills    This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.  To be considered for this position, submit your resume through the job board this process.    Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
