Job DescriptionAre you looking for a foot in the door with a reputable company in the Green Bay area? Are you a team player? Look no further - Kelly has the job for you!Immediate 2nd shift opportunity available. Previous machine operator experience in required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Molding machines, including trimming and packaging of parts. Inspect parts produced and maintain high levels of quality. Staging and moving work in process. Complete color changeovers. Read and follow schedules Assemble Poly, Matrix, Maestro and Strive HD chairs; including packing and labeling product. Complete SPC charts, production out sheets, skid tags, box tags, & material tags Properly pack and label Knockdown product produced. Cleaning work area and machinery Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping as events happen) Provide suggestions for continuous improvement Monitor productivity and downtime issues to provide suggestions Be open to changes occurring to improve processes Maintain Safety as the highest priority Properly train new employees regarding PPE and Safety requirements in the cell Notify the Plastics Process Specialist, Team Leader and/or Manager of safety concerns 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday**Overtime may be required based upon business needsApply today!
