Job DescriptionCurrently Kelly Services is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant in Gaylord Michigan. Monday, Wednesday and Friday with some flexibility. This individual will perform administrative tasks in support of other office professionals. Duties may including but are not limited to:-Placing, receiving and routing telephone calls.-Receiving and directing visitors-Data entry-Typing, filing and faxing-Handling incoming and outgoing mail.RequirementsPrevious administrative experience and/or clerical experience preferred. Candidate must have basic to intermediate computer skills and capable of running office equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
