We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Data Analyst- Supply Chain with a pharmaceutical company located in Skillman, NJ.   Work schedule will be Monday – Friday, typically 8a – 5p.  Fulltime, 40 hour work week.  Duration is a 9 month assignment, possible extension, however no guarantee.  Pay rate is based on experience, however range is $19.00/hour. JOB DETAILS Hours/Schedule: 40 hour per week (9:00am - 5:00pm) or (8:00am - 4:00pm)  Detailed Job Description:  Basic Purpose and Scope:  This position is responsible for providing franchise support, subject matter expertise in business processes and systems, and providing project management skills to support Customer Logistics Services and the Franchises. Also responsible for performing data analysis and presenting the data to management in order to make strategic decisions.  Education:  Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, preferred).  Experience: Working in Supply Chain or other Business area in Logistics or related function;  PE/LEAN/APICS preferred.  Computer Skills:  MICROSOFT Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).  List of Responsibilities and Accountabilities  Franchise Support: Supports Franchise relationship  . Supports business partnership between the Customer Support organization and Franchise  functional areas  . Executes new product launches and field actions with Franchise, Customer Support,  Transportation and Distribution Centers  . Executes customer satisfaction survey process and related analysis  . Execute strategies for short supply situations  . Updates and tracks key metrics . Subject matter expert for Order to Cash system capability, quality, and business processes  . Identifies/prioritizes systemic problems and improvement opportunities  . Provides business process knowledge to support new processes and designs  . Translates business requirements into system requirements  . Executes integration testing as required  Project Management:  . Leads projects by developing and utilizing in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems  . Develop and execute overall project plan, project deliverables and timeline.  . Manages multiple simultaneous tasks and projects  . Develop comprehensive business models; carry pilot studies; devise control plans in order to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management  . Lead cross company/cross functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-  benefit analyses and/or compliance  . Leads key portions of Transitional Service Agreements  SHAPE  o Understands, analyzes, applies, interprets and collects business information appropriately to support the business objectives  o Demonstrates systems knowledge, organizes and analyzes data to meet business needs  o Adapts to change and challenges status quo  o Identifies and analyzes problems, issues, situations and recommends/applies appropriate solutions  o Effectively uses job related information technology and tools to achieve results.
