Benefits Customer Service Reps - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services has partnered witha Fortune 500 company that is looking to fill a high volume of  contract Customer Service Representative roles  in the Bloomington area. The rate is $16 per hour, on a contract of at least six to twelve months, possibly longer depending on performance and work volume. Top performers to be considered for permanent placement, and upward mobility within the cmpany.  These roles will be available in "classes" starting from June 13  throughout the duration of the summer. Please feel free to spread the word, as we are looking to fill a very high volume of these roles!!  The Customer Service Reps' main duties are:   Provide a high level of customer service support when handling customer’s questions/complaints in respect to defined benefit pension and/or health and welfare plans. Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations (responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments).
