Opening available with the Industry's leading Oil & Gas Company!
Pay $15.50/hr+ (OT may be required)
Shift is 6am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
Deburr/polishing on metal and plastic components.
Top end winding.
Distinguish when tooling is no longer repairable and remove from service.
Use of precision measuring instruments to gauge tolerances for fit and operation of tooling.
Read from blueprints and supporting documentation, including Bill of Materials.
Required Skills/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
6+ months recent experience in similar manufacturing environment or assembly required.
Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc. required.
Experience with overhead crane, measuring tools and air tools required.
Experience reading from blue prints and Bill of Materials preferred.
Must be able to use both hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Must be mechanically inclined; basic math.
Must be able to wind with hands and stand for duration of shift, lifting up to 50lbs; push/pull up to 70lbs.
Bending, lifting and winding required.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of automated PLC driven machine functions
General understanding of electricity and electrical concepts (Surge/Hi-Pot Testing), (electrical integrity of windings)
Eye hand coordination, dexterity and ability to work with hands in the end of a 3 ¾ inch pipe
Able to use precision measuring instruments to gauge tolerances for fit and operation of tooling.
Must be able to distinguish the point at which tooling is no longer repairable and remove from service.
Self-motivated, proactive, continuous improvement focused, increasing operational efficiency and productivity.
Perform general clean up to keep work area clean and organized
Basic Qualifications
Ability to accurately use gauges, calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment
Ability and adeptness to operate PLC driven automated motor winding machinery
Ability to read blueprints and supporting documentation, including Bill of Materials
A minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required:
Machine Operation: 1 year
Manufacturing: 1 year
