Case Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking a Case Worker for one of our State of AZ Clients in the downtown phoenix areaThis position requires an experienced caseworker who is familiar with handling caseloads, processing applications to determine eligibility, and evaluating and processing expense reports according to applicable statutes and policies. Duties to include: sorting, filing, copying, faxing, scanning; answering a multi-line phone; data entry; calendaring (Outlook); Email (Outlook); composing correspondence; spreadsheets; expenditure tracking; data analysis; applying rules and regulations, guides, procedures or precedents to varying situations. RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication is required. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. This is an office/cubicle setting. Able to understand verbal and written directions; communicate; multitask; customer service; attention to detail, general math, able to work with little supervision.
