Seeking Assemblers - North County

Job DescriptionWe are looking for skilled Assemblers for our North San Diego based clients. The qualified applicant will be skilled in assembling electro-mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, and reading schematics and assembly drawings as required for industrial applications. Essential Duties:Build and assemble electro-mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, sub-assemblies, and components as per engineered drawings.Read and interpret basic schematics and follow written work instructionsCommunicate with supervisor on any engineering, print, or assembly discrepanciesCut, bend, flare, swage and install various types of tubing for pneumatic, hydraulic, structural and electrical applicationsProficient use of hand tools typical of an industrial manufacturing environmentOperate various power tools such as saws, grinders, drills, etc.Assemble, build, measure, cut, crimp, test, etc. industrial hydraulic and pneumatic hoseAssembly of mechanical / electrical itemsOperate painting / finishing equipment as requiredPrepare equipment and assemblies for shipmentMaintain company standards for quality and performs basic testing on completed assembliesExercise safe work habits Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Preferred Associates Degree or technical training in related field Two plus years of related experience in electro-mechanical / hydraulics / pneumatics / fluid powerThe employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
