Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work on a 2-3 month project. This is for a great Boulder company and the pay rate is in the $16-$18/hour range. The hours will be Monday through Friday and the hours will be 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.Below is a job description, along with essential duties/responsibilities, skills and experience.The Administrative Assistant will perform entry level administrative duties. The primary responsibility for this role is to respond to on-site visitors and inquiries by phone or email, and provide information about the organization to the general public, clients and customers (both external and internal). This role requires an individual who is flexible to meet the changing demands of the organization, who is responsive when called upon for assistance; and who can be relied upon to fulfill assigned coverage requirements. The Administrative Assistant will be accountable for their assignments, by learning how and why each administrative position operates and exists, and must be willing to adjust assignments and priorities (ability to be flexible) in order to effectively respond to the changing demands of the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Update and maintain the conference room calendars.Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate personnel, following company's visitor protocol. Perform light clean-up and organizational duties in kitchens and break areas (e.g., load dishwasher, stock supplies, etc.).Proof-read and format documents, verifying accuracy and completeness of documents.Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as correspondence or other materials.May plan, schedule, and coordinate travel for personnel and this includes coordinating with company's travel vendor to make all necessary travel (e.g., air, lodging, car rental) arrangements for assigned staff and visitors; and provide travel itineraries.Follow company's confidentiality of information and general policies and procedures.REQUIRED: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSAssociate's Degree or higher level of education is preferred,Three (3) or more years of administrative experience in a professional, fast paced growing organization. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook).Knowledge and experience with administrative and clerical procedures, and best practices.Knowledge and experience providing a high level of customer service.Willingness and ability to develop rapport with the staff to deliver quality assistance and uninterrupted productivity.Enthusiastic, dedicated work style and conscientious about providing top-quality administrative support.Ability to work as a member of a team and work independently.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Please email your resume to katb616@kellyservices.com or call us at 303-444-7750.
